Your skin always needs some extra care in winter. But the dry air can make your skin go haywire. 1 . Avoid Use of Hot Water

Hot water bath, though irresistible during winter, is best avoided. It strips your skin of natural oils and can cause itchiness and redness of the skin. That is why; you must go for lukewarm water while taking a bath.

2 . Gram Flour And Yogurt

Mix gram flour and yogurt. Apply a thick layer of this paste on your skin. Keep it for 10-15 minutes and then rub gently. This will help to remove unwanted dirt and will keep your skin moisturized.  Yogurt also supplies vitamin C to your skin and bleaches your skin naturally. Use this product everyday on your skin and there is no need to use soap. Regular use of this product helps you to make your skin soft, supple and glowing.

3 . Lemon

There is a Chinese ancient formula which tells that by drinking water with few drops of lemon keeps your skin healthy and also helps clean your liver and other organs.

4 . Drink Milk

Drink glass of milk before going to bed either it is summer or winter as it gives you a number of benefits. One of which is that it keep you younger for many years.

5 . Avocado Oil

Non clogging oils such as avocado oil, primrose oil and almond oil should be preferred over those causing to block skin pores.

6 . Moisturize

If you moisturize a few times a week then increase it to everyday and perhaps a higher amount. When heading to the store, attempt to locate an ointment moisturizer that is oil-based instead of water-based because the oil will establish protective layers. Vegetables which have high water content are essential during winter. They help you digest food soon and cleanse your system too. So include green vegetables as well as carrots, lettuce, cucumber and lemon in your diet.

10 . Vegetable Body Pack

A vegetable body pack is necessary for your skin. In a grinder add one cucumber, one ripe papaya, one carrot and one tomato to paste. Add 1 or 2 tablespoons cream of the milk in it and mix well. The summer season may mean you need to drink more water, but so is the winter season. You can bring a bottle of water wherever you go so you have the convenience of drinking whenever you need to.
