1 . Natural Juices (Garlic, Onion, or ginger juice)

Try rubbing your scalp with garlic juice, onion juice, or ginger juice. Make sure you only use 1 of these juices; don't mix them. Leave the juice on your scalp overnight, and wash it out in the morning.

2 . Hot oil treatments

Take any natural oil - olive, coconut, canola - and heat it up so that it is warm, but not too hot. Massage it gently into your scalp. Put on a shower cap and leave it on for an hour, then shampoo your hair.

3. Add the herb saw palmetto

A study in the Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine reported that saw palmetto (serenoa repens) may increase hair growth in men.  Hair growth improved in men taking 400 mg of a standardized extract of saw palmetto and 100 mg of beta-sitosterol (from saw palmetto) daily.  Historically, saw palmetto has been used by herbalists for hair loss in both men and women.

 4 . Apple cider vinegar
