1 . Aloe Vera gel

Apply aloe Vera gel to control excessive oil daily for 25-30 minutes and then rinse first with cold water and after that with lukewarm water.

Take 3 tablespoons of mashed cucumber, 1 egg white and 1 tablespoon of  lemon juice. Mix them well and then apply on your face and neck. After 20-30 minutes rinse remove the mask with damp cotton cloth and then rinse off with lukewarm water.

Take 1 tablespoon of mashed tomato, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of honey. Mix them well and then apply on your face and neck for 15-20 minutes and then rinse off with lukewarm water.

5 . Clay Mask to reduce excess oil

Once or twice a week, use a treatment mask. Those made with kaolin or bentonite clay are best for oily skin types, as they naturally absorb oil and impurities while calming irritation.

Apply a quarter-sized amount for the mask with your fingers. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes, and then rinse it off with warm water for an immediate matte finish.

6 . No harsh cleansers

Harsh products that strip your skin of oil can cause a reaction known as reactive seborrhoea, where the oil glands work overtime to compensate for the loss of natural oils.

7 . Use a gentle cleanser only

The idea is to use the gentlest cleanser possible that will remove excess oil and leave an intact barrier of fatty acids to protect the skin.

10 . Consume Omega-3 fatty acids
